Claim Process

2. You will be contacted by one of our claim handlers for a FREE no obligation consultation.
3. If accepted your solicitor will start to proceed with the claim.
4. If the defendant admits liability, your solicitor negotiates with them on your behalf and agrees your compensation amount. You get 100% of this amount and your costs are covered.
5. If the defendant disputes your claim, it goes to court for a decision to be made. If the case is lost it is at no cost to you.
